Hello John. I was first drawn to Dr. Deming’s thoughts about 20 years ago, then was exposed to lean a few years later. Knowing Dr. Deming’s thinking continues to heavily influence lean, I’d like to see you relate the two fairly often – wherever you think it’s appropriate.
I appreciate your solicitation of feedback. Nice to see a customer (reader) focus.
